“I have had the pleasure of training with Zoe for the past eight years and during that time, I’ve learned so much. She has made me realise the importance appreciating your body and for that I will always be grateful. When I started to train with Zoe, I was a skinny woman with a flabby belly and had hardly any strength and endurance, even though I ran 20 km a week and attended many gym classes. That soon changed; I became stronger with lean muscles and the flabby fat just disappeared. Many years on I have strength, endurance and no flab.
