“In 2006, following a holiday to Thailand, I saw photos of myself that made me cringe. I was smoking 20 cigarettes a day, binge drinking at weekends and eating every type of fast food in sight. I was having a great time doing all of this but the realisation of these photos made me question my lifestyle and more importantly, my health. I decided that it was time to make a change. The first time that I met Zoe I knew that she was the right choice for me. Zoe is professional and engaging and takes time to understand who you are so she can structure a training and eating programme to achieve your individual goals. If you bring some energy, enthusiasm and commitment you will, with this woman, be fitter, stronger and approach your sessions in the gym with a greater sense of purpose and belief. You will understand that this is not a quick fix and learn that you can have a healthier lifestyle and achieve your goals while still living your life and having fun. It is a continuous journey but Zoe has supported me all the way, through the good times and the bad. Zoe is not just a trainer but a true friend and I thank her for everything she has done and continues to do for me.
