The It’s A Lifestyle PT Community is a support network facilitated online by Zoe. Every client has exclusive access to Zoe’s blogs, advice and evidence based research which is posted online via a closed Facebook group.
It also acts as an open forum where clients have the chance to ask Zoe or other group members questions, with topics ranging from ‘Why is Protein important’ and ‘What is the best way to stay hydrated?’ to ‘What supplements do I need to take?’ and ‘What are healthy options when eating out?’
